Flickr Gets Redesigned on the Web, Users Get 1 Terabyte of Free Storage

Yahoo has been busy today. This morning the web company announced the acquisition of Tumblr and this afternoon it announced a redesign of Flickr, its photo service. The design applies to its website, which is photo centric, in a layout called mosaic.

Now Facebook Gives You the Option to Upload Photos Automatically to Your Profile from Your iPhone

Facebook announced today the official roll put of a new option that allows you to upload your photos from your iPhone to your Facebook profile automatically. The photo sync feature is not turned on by default, you have to turn it on yourself by going to the Photos section on the Facebook iOS app (iOS 6 required) and tap "Sync" at the bottom of the photos section.
