Yahoo Axis for iOS Updated with Private Browsing Mode, Image to Camera Roll, More

Yahoo has updated its search browser for iOS Axis. The update brings security improvements, private browsing mode, and other handy features.

Included in this update:

  • Now you can open a page in a new tab by pressing down on a link.
  • Easily save an image to your camera roll when in image search
  • Keep your browser history hidden with new full private browsing mode
  • Secured site lock will now display whenever you are on a secured site
  • Increased security through enhanced data protections
  • Minor bug fixes and performance improvements

Yahoo! Axis is available for free as a universal app (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch) in the App Store [iTunes Link].
