iTunes U for iOS Updates with Notes, Search and Sharing

Apple's educational iOS app, iTunes U, has been updated with some handy features, such as notes and search. It is also available to share to Twitter and more.

Included in this update:

  • Take notes while watching or listening to a lecture
  • Ability to search within posts, assignments, notes, and materials — from any of your subscribed courses — using the improved Search feature in iTunes U. 
  • It is also now simple to share your favorite courses with friends using Twitter, Mail, and Messages.

iTunes U is available for free as a universal app (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch) in the App Store [iTunes Link].
