Incipio Releases offGrid Pro Backup Battery Case for the iPhone 4/4S

If one iPhone accessory had me waiting like a kid was this one. After seeing it at CES last January, I knew I wanted it to be my backup battery case from that moment on.

Incipio announced today the availability of the offGrid Pro, the second iteration of the offGrid backup battery case introduced last year, and that we have reviewed.

One key difference on this year's version, and that earns it the Pro name, is that instead of having a fixed internal battery, the case allows for interchangeable batteries. This means that instead of using one full charge of the offGrid, once it is done, you take the battery out and insert a fully charged one.

On last year's offGrid I could very well end my day from 8am until 11pm with at minimmum 50% battery charge, after using all the juice on the offGrid, and I'm a real iPhone power user. So imagine how long my iPhone would stay powered with the offGrid Pro.

The offGrid Pro fits the iPhone 4 and 4S and it is available for $99.99 on Incipio's website.
