iOS Download Limit Under Cellular Network Increases from 20Mb to 50Mb

More changes continue to surfaced as now it looks like the download limit of iOS devices on a cellular network has increased from 20Mb to 50Mb. 

This is in effect now and it supports apps, as well as music and video.
