IVUSpots iPhone App Offers Another Alternative for Tracking IVU Loto Prizes in Puerto Rico

IVUSpots for iPhone has been released in the App Store offering features for tracking your numbers for each week's draw of the IVU Loto. IVU Loto is a measure from the Puerto Rico government to ensure that sales tax is properly reported by issuing numbers on sales receipts. These numbers are picked on a loto to give away prizes every week.

The IVUSpots app tries to separate itself from the government's official app with some unique features involving location and the use of the iPhone's camera.

  • Store your IVU Loto receipts and receive alerts if you have a winning combination on the regular drawings hold on Tuesdays and Saturdays
  • Organize your IVU Loto receipts by spot or location
  • Locate commercial spots around you and get information about them
  • IVURobot: new technology of "artificial vision" that allows the entry of IVU Loto receipts easier by taking a picture with the iPhone

IVUSpots is available for $0.99 in the App Store [iTunes Link].
